PATHWAYS TO EMPLOYMENT

Founded by Dallas Terlich in 2001 RadCom is resurrecting people’s lives and increasing their life choices and employment options

Dallas and his family have long been involved in the Rumbalara Football Netball Club with over 200 senior games under his belt and stints as the under-14s, under-17s and senior coach. This base of trust and respect has enabled the club to successfully engage RadCom in assisting to build and deliver an employment program that has assisted over 300 people gain employment over the past eight years.

Dallas said hundreds of people are gaining meaningful long-term employment while many others are reengaging with education or are undertaking valuable paid work experience through the RadCom Workcrew. Since 2017 RadCom has provided employment opportunities to the Algabonyah Employment Program which is targeting a 2 per cent parity workforce in the Goulburn Murray region.

Dallas is ably supported by former club team manager and skilled team leader Carl Atkinson, club legend, three times premiership coach and carpenter, Mark Atkinson, former senior premiership player and carpenter Shaun Atkinson and former board member and carpenter, Leon Atkinson. The program is a testament to the club’s ability to work in partnership to benefit the community.
